Live in Wauwatosa. Work at Duff & Phelps and travel around the country consulting and appraising colleges and universities. A few years ago I was able to appraise Miller Park for MBL and walked around the park for a few days with full access except Brewers locker room and Uecker's box. Over my 30 years appraising I have been able to see some many universities buildings and sometimes cutting edge research.
